1. Register with freebbay
2. Choose a category for your card (Shopping Centres, Supermarkets or Other Outlets)
3. Choose a state and area for your card to be displayed
4. Choose your card type (Buy, Sell, Rent, Lost, Found, Work, Other)
5. Add your card information including heading, detailed text and your contact number
6. Add a photo (optional)
7. Submit your card and you're done!

	Option 1: Card without Photo One line of heading text, up to 20 characters 3 description lines of text - up to 40 characters per line Contact phone number
	Option 2: Card with Photo One line of heading text, up to 15 characters 3 description lines of text - up to 20 characters per line Contact phone number One image - approx 115 pixels wide by 75 pixels high (landscape orientation preferred)

Card Approval and Display Process

1. Freebbay.com.au is a community website, therefore contents of all cards submitted will be reviewed and scrutinised - note that freebbay.com.au will not accept card content of an inappropriate nature e.g. sexual content, swearing, advertising of illegal activities, etc.
2. Once your card has been reviewed, which will usually take place within 24 hours of your card being submitted, you will be notified via email of the approval status of your card.
3. You are able to edit the content of your card prior to it being approved. However, once approved, you will be unable to edit your card content.
4. If your card is found to be of an inappropriate nature, it will be deleted automatically and will never be displayed on freebbay.com.au - you will be notified of this.
5. All approved cards will go onto a waiting list for the specified category, state and area selected - each card display page will show a maximum of 60 free cards at a time ordered from newest to oldest.
6. All cards will show for a minimum of 30 days. In some instances certain cards will stay displayed for a longer period if there are no other cards on the waiting list for that particular display page.
7. If you submit a card to a category, state and area that has a waiting period of more than 48 hours, you will be contacted by a Freebbay.com.au team member with the option to move your card to a different category or area with a shorter waiting time.
8. Card display dates are calculated from first date of card appearing on the website, NOT from date of card submission (your 30 days start only when the card is actually being displayed).
9. You have the option to delete your card at any time prior to the 30 day expiry date if you no longer need your message advertised.
